A Hudson Valley-based Day Spa, providing facial services, waxing services, targeted body treatments, lash services, and makeup. Natch is owned and operated by Justine DeJesus, a Hudson Valley native, and a NYS Licensed and CIDESCO educated Esthetician, who is a Certified Lash, Brow, & Makeup Artist. Her passion lies in helping clients feel comfortable and confident in their skin. She deeply believes that skincare is essential, makeup and beauty trends are fun accessories, and having time to decompress is key to mental clarity.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Natch, your time is valued, as well as your Esthetician’s. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, all appointments must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. If an appointment is not confirmed within 48 hours, it will be automatically cancelled and made available to other clients. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% late cancellation fee. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. These policies help provide the best possible service to all clients and respect everyone’s time. Your understanding and cooperation is truly appreciated.
