I understand things happen, and I can absolutely relate. I just ask that you please cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. A cancellation in less than 24 hours, or a no-show, will result in a 30% cancellation fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will have to be rescheduled and the 30% fee will apply. Thank you for understanding!
